Ingredients

Instructions

  1. break apart cauliflower head into smaller, bite-sized florets and add them to large mixing bowl
  2. melt butter and hot sauce in a microwave safe bowl add in olive oil. mix until combined.
  3. pour & coat melted sauce over cauliflower florets
  4. whisk together the breadcrumbs, powders, parsely, salt, & pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle the mixture evenly over cauliflower and mix gently
  5. divide the coated cauliflower into two separate batches (if you have a air fryer basket you can cook the cauli in two batches. if you have trays, use 2 or more)
  6. air fry cauliflower on 400 degrees for 10 minutes
  7. flip cauliflower (or shake basket)
  8. air fry for 10 more minutes on 400 degrees
  9. repeat for 2nd batch if needed

Notes

i normally pre-heat my air fryer for 2 minutes on 400 degrees.*fresh cauliflower florets work way better for BIG, chunky, wing-like pieces vs. frozenmake sure your cauliflower is dry before beginning- that way they turn out as crispy as possible.
