  1. microwave honey, almond butter, and vanilla for 20 second increments (about 3 times) until melty and combine until smooth.
  2. add cereal and toss to coat.
  3. wet your fingers and press mixture into a 9x9 dish (coat with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  4. chill for 1 hour and cut into bars.

feel free to use peanut butter here too!
