these fluffy cakes are naturally sweetened & full of whole grain & fiber!

Ingredients

Pancake Batter

Instructions

  1. add all ingredients to your high powered blender and blend until smooth for 30 seconds.
  2. scrape down the sides of the blender then blend again for 30 more seconds.
  3. set your skillet to medium heat at add 1 tbsp of oil of your choice.
  4. once hot, add about 1/2 cup of batter to your pan and let it flatten out.
  5. cook cake for about 1-2 minutes and check the bottom with your flipper.
  6. flip, and cook the opposite side for approx. 1 min.

Notes

*depending on how thick you like your cakes, add more milk or keep it to 1 cup as listed in the recipe.
