DOS
only drink water (sparkling water counts!)
grab a reusable bottle
use a straw! it’s easier and more convenient (and studies show you drink more vs not using one)
shoot for 64 oz per day
aim to drink a full serving of water before every meal
add fruit or herbs to your water
set reminders on your phone to drink up (i’ll remind you too!)
replace sugary drinks, coffee, and teas with water whenever possible

drink anything other than water😀
